Order arrived on the 17th Oct 2024. Found to have a panel missing. A replacement was despatch on the 23rd Oct 2024 and delivery would be within 3 working days. Panel arrived on the 28th Oct 2024. But that panel was damaged. Again had to contact Forest Garden team who were sorry for the order being damaged. The next Panel was despatched on the 30th Oct2024 and delivery would be within 3 working days again they sent a apologies for any inconvenience caused. Panel arrived on the 4thNov2024 this time the panel was wrapped in a firm plastic flim which stop any damaged. Will say the Forest Garden team did they best for me, but it took 18 days to get my full order, which mean,t that I had a delay on making up the shed by around 21 days after I had finish building the shed. Happy with the shed overall.
