I received emails advising that my package had been delivered by DPD with a reference number. I did not receive the package. The dpd reference tacked as being delivered. I contacted the retailer several times by email on their published email address twice advising of the situation. I have not had a reply to any of the emails.
Absolutely abysmal customer service. I would not deal with this company again.
