I ordered fans and controllers. I phoned to confirm both items were in stock and was told they were and that I would get them in 2 days which would have been fine.
Nothing arrived I phoned and was told there were no controllers and was told it would be weeks before they would be in. As the controllers were the ones that suited the fans this caused me no end of problems.
I still do not have my credit for the controllers.
