I ordered two VERY large and heavy batteries on line.
When they came, I found that they had a bit of bubble wrap around them and were sent in a plastic bag. The bag had more or less disintegrated. How they got to me in one piece is a miracle. It seems luck was on my side as they were undamaged!!!!
I would suggest in future that you use a more robust system of packaging, or your review score will plummet.
