Service and time of delivery was ok, but the advertised price online was deceiving.
It wasnt clear until I get to basket that the price is plus vat.
I’m in business. I understand items are subject to vat and I also understand that trade prices are typically advertised net, but searching google as a retail customer, the face value showed only net. let’s not f*ck about, just show me the price I’m going to pay!
Not the end of the world, just simply annoying.
