The item arrived promptly and was well packaged. However, when my plumber tried to fit the heater he found that the sevice valves that came with the heater did not fit. He managed to get around the problem.
I informed electrical wholesalers4u via telephone but they didn't seem interested.
I also emailed them but they have yet to respond.
