I have updated this review, and increased the score from 4* to 5* - here's why: Initially, I was sad that the Foie Gras was Hungarian, rather than the "Rougie" French type that used to be provided. To be fair, it does say "Hungary" on the website, and it was I that missed that. I've been assured that this stuff tastes just as good, so I look forward to trying it. I'd ordered 100g of Fresh Truffles, and was slightly disappointed that mine only weight 96g. Not a long way short, but still a few quid. Bless the folks at Fine Food Specialists: they emailed me this morning to apologise, and have refunded me a portion of my payment! This was more than I was expecting. The White Asparagus was amazing, seriously sweet and very fresh. And on my original review, I'd forgotten to mention that I'd been sent a small bottle of Truffle Oil as a freebie. So thank you Fine Food Specialist - you more than met my expectations. Here's to next time! :-)
