From first contact via the website and a couple of phonecalls to delivery of the items in time for Christmas, and the packaging, I received fantastic customer service, so thank you to all the hard workers at Fine Food Specialist who went the extra mile at a particularly busy time of year for the business. The quality of the food is quite something and my mum and I had a wonderful Christmas meal together. I surprised her with the menu on the day so she had no idea what to expect, and we enjoyed Alba Truffles, and Wagnu fillet, alongside various condiments and baked goods. I particularly recommend the Handmade White Truffle Butter, it's delicious with Italian Tagliatelle. We added shavings of Alba truffle and Parmesan, although if you're on a budget then it's delicious just with parmesan, and makes for an elegant meal that's ready in about ten minutes. The recipe videos on the website are particularly helpful, and I followed the Wagnu Fillet Steak and Mushroom Salad with Baby Leaf Salad recipe, resulting in a very tasty meal, and again, it didn't take long at all and was ready in minutes. As a special treat, it's wonderful to try some high-end foods, and made for a really special Christmas. I hope to be a returning customer soon, and thanks again guys, my mum and I were over the moon!
