Two installers turned up on time, they were friendly and helpful if asked a question. After taken out the water emersion heater, which was big and took up a lot of space in the airing cupboard. They installed a "Aquafficient water heater which has given us a lot more space. We are also noticing a big difference in our electricity usage because we are only using what we use when turning on the tap so not storing any water. After work was complete they were very clean and tidy and took away all the rubbish.
