They arrived when they said they would, asked where I wanted the heaters and fitted them. What mess they made (very little) was cleaned up with their own hoover and the rooms put back they way they found them. They explained how the system works and made sure I understood the instruction booklet. If I ever move house I will be getting them back to fit it with their heaters.
