My original heating was by night storage heaters, which were beyond their "sell by date" and also even new, were getting cool by the evening and not at all controllable. So I decided to upgrade to another system and after much research decided on Fischer. The first contact was by a salesman/surveyor, who listened carefully to my requirements and then made his recommendations, which seemed very sensible. I was then told when the installation would take place, but unfortunately due to Covid-19, Fischer had to postpone the job, (I was given plenty of notification by email and phone call). When the installation actually took place, I received a confirmatory call to let me know when the installers would be with me. Two very tidy gentlemen arrived complete with Covid masks and got on with removing the old heaters and installing the new ones. One of the men took his time to ensure I understood how the controls worked. Overall a very pleaseant and efficient company to deal with, rather a change these days.
