Installers told us we were the last job of the day before returning to Leicester.The instillation wasn't a problem as all they had to do was to bring the heater from the van and put it into the conservatory.All they seemed to want to do was get away as quickly as possible and the man who seemed to be the leader was of foreign origin and was difficult to understand.The so called operating instructions weren't given at all well and then they went away.
