My recollection as it is now many months since the sales guy came was that he was knowledgeable and informative and I was happy to sign the deal and pay 50%. Due to a number of reasons installation was months later but when it happened the 2 guys were pleasant, clean and did the job exactly as I requested. All good. A few summer months then went by but now the single heater is in use, works very well and appears to be efficient and low on running costs. A big improvement on my previous, very old, single night storage heater.
