On deciding I wanted to change my heating system, I contacted Fischer Future Heat and within 2 days a representative came to my home and explained everything in a very professional but friendly manner. I decided to go ahead with the installation, albeit apprehensive of the disruption and mess it may cause. My installation would take two days as my old oil fired wet system needed to be removed. From my decision to go ahead to the completion of the installation was 6 weeks. I contacted the Customer Care team several times with questions and concerns I had prior to the installation and found them to be extremely helpful and always phoning back if the answer couldn't be given immediately. On the day of the installation the fitters arrived just after 9 am and worked tirelessly throughout the day, coping with some challenging procedures. On day two they arrived just before 9 am and completed the installation by late afternoon. The fitters were brilliant, accommodating, polite and remained cheerful no matter what challenge was presented to them and there were several. The after care has also been excellent, again answering my queries immediately, In my view Fischer Future Heat have excelled, from sales, installation, customer care to after care, being fast, efficient and professional in all areas. I will recommend them to anyone who is interested.
