Spoke to a technician regarding the pairing of a new thermostat controller thingy as the old err...thingy had broken. Couldn?t of been more helpful, talked me through the whole procedure and then asked him to help with some other issues I was having. Gave very clear and precise directions and everything was done in a couple of minutes.
