Initially we had a few problems as the technicians were in a great hurry and didn't set the remote control properly or explain clearly how to use it - nor did they clean up after the instillation . The sales rep - Paul Parker, came round asap and sorted it all out and we haven't had any more issues. The best thing about these heaters is the thermostat regulating a minimum heat. This is brilliant for my house as my husband goes round turning off radiators but he has a "hands off" attitude to these new heaters. I would have more installed if I could find room.
