Having bought 6 heaters from Premier Radiators about three or four years ago we have had problems with three of them in particular each winter since. This culminated in all three of the radiators again failing this winter. I am pleased to say that since contacting them (several times as each one failed) I found out they have been taken over by Fischer Future Heat who have recognised the heaters were poorly manufactured and have replaced all three with new wireless models and although it is only a few weeks since replacement they are proving much easier to adjust the heating controls as we want and are working well.
