Very happy with the new heaters,that were installed in January 2017. Engineers that installed the heaters were efficient and very tidy,Minimum cleaning to do after they left. My only criticism was the instruction handbook. In my opinion was badly written,and in some cases the grammar was very poor.In the case of reprogramming the heaters,instructions were very poor. Thanks to Haley(Customer Services) she e mailed me a detailed instruction to reprogramme the heaters,which worked fine. Haley's service was excellent. Overall I am satisfied with the heaters.
