The company is a good one and the only complaint we had was a bit of lack of contact in the beginning! We had to chase up for dates as we were not told of the huge workload they had and therefore about an 8 week wait! The fitters were very efficient and very pleasant and kept to the COVID rules! Our appliance was fitted within a few hours and it was all left very tidy and ready to go! Our water heater is brilliant with plenty of hot water on tap and immediate! Very pleased!
