apart from a delay of the rep calling initially, due to bad weather everything went fairly smoothly, on the day of installation we were advised that it would be am, in fact it turned out to be pm. That aside the installation went well, We are pleased with the living room heater as we can now control the room temperature. Although the bathroom heater works well, we do not have the facility of keeping towels aired as we used to during warm weather spells Overall we are satisfied
