The electric fire developed a fault causing the power to go off at the fuse box when we tried to switch it on, I called Fischer and explained the problem and they sent two technicians with replacement parts, after checking the unit they found the fire could not be repaired on site and would recommend a replacement unit, I was very happy to receive a call today saying the fire would be replacement on Thursday next. The service we received was excellent! Thanks to Danny and the call out crew!
