From first contact everyone was very polite and knowledgeable about their product, we picked our radiators and arranged the installation date, we had to hold off on the installation due to the radiators being installed into a new extension but when the time was rite they came out and let my electrician know where the supplies needed to go and then after the plasterers were done they came and fitted them. We now have 2 nice warm cosy rooms that are easily controlled and everyone that visits comments on Cosy the rooms are and how good they look. Would definitely recommend Fischer and they will be back as we continue to replace our conventional radiators.
