From the initial survey to the fitting the whole experience was simple and straightforward. Surveyor and fitters were very helpful and professional and overall customer service was excellent. We had no central heating at all and opted for Fischer as wanted to avoid the hassle of having a boiler and piping fiited with all the work that entails not to mention maintenance. Having the radiators fitted and working in one day a real bonus. Each radiator has its own wireless thermostat which is easy to use and monitor. We would highly recommend Fischer.
