Overall heaters are very good, we were diserpointed with the bathroom heated towel rail, very bulky have scratched myself several times on the handles, going to take the hadles off, when i approched fisher i was very diserpointed with their response considering we had spent ?13000 with them,we last spoke to them about a month ago we are still waiting for a response
