We made a purchase of 2 x Fischer panel radiators for our refurbished conservatory. Initially we were delighted with the heater but we had a slight problem ( which could be our own making ) on discussing this with the Fischer technical dept. they have arranged for a home visit to rectify the problem. What a first class service.
