Due to the Covid situation, I was not in the premises when your operatives came in, but my son was here part of the time. Your operatives were on time, efficient and helpful. The product is excellent. The flat was left in a clean and tidy manner.I unfortunately, made a mistake on my cheque, which nobody picked upon until my bank informed me that it had not been paid in December. Eventually it was picked up by your people and s settled satisfactorily in January. A very pleasant experience.
