Couldn?t fault the service so far. Call handler arranged for technician (Danny) to call me as my mum was panicking, found out that the thermostat was faulty and arranged to send a new one straightaway, and pre-programme it for her. Next step is to ring when received for guidance to reconnect. Great so far __
