Everything we were promised actually happened. The installation was on the day and handled with efficiency and politeness, as was the removal of our existing gas heater. We have been please with the new radiator which was installed in our conservatory which we don't usually use over the winter period but this year we have been able to use it, even through the very cold spell. we no longer get condensation or damp in their either. We are very satisfied with the service we received and the product.
