There was a slight problem about the date of installation, due to general confusion caused by COVID-19, but an appointment was quickly rearranged and engineers arrived promptly, parked as requested in a private area without impinging on any of the regular occupants, carried out their work quickly and efficiently, tested the system and explained its operation to me very clearly, leaving guarantee documentation and instructions for use. They left the flat very clean and tidy and drove off as soon as they had finished work, taking all the old heaters with them. I have been delighted with the new system and am warm and comfortable now, with much lower heating bills too!
