The process of having my heaters replaced was very good, the two men that did the installation with very nice and So obliging. My only complaint was that my installation was suppose to be 9am but changed to midday. No one informed me or there was no update on the moved time. As the installation was in a retirement complex where the residents need to be told of any changes I did find this unacceptable.
