We had the aquafficient water heater installed a couple weeks ago and so far I am extremely happy. Hot water on demand all the time. The unit takes up very little space and is easy to use. The engineers who installed it were friendly, courteous, worked to time and very helpful in explaining how the system worked. My only criticism is that between the point of sales and the installation there was a dead silence from the company. I had to call to ask for written confirmation of the order. In terms of sales, finance plans, installation and the unit itself, I would definitely reccomend this product and company
