On the day the fitters arrived on time, were very neat and tidy and fully explained how the radiators worked. I am very satisfied with the product and would purchase again. My only issue was the time it took to book in the fitting- I had to chase things up and didn?t get a call back as promised - this was pre-virus so no excuse. Also the fitting was initially cancelled on the actual day which was very short notice but I think there was quite a bit of illness around by then so fairly understandable.
