No pressure selling, factual and gave me the information at a level I could deal with- without missing important things. Fitters were very pleasant tidy and quick. I was a little worried about the cost and despite all of the reassurances just wondered is it really worth the extra- well I visited a friend only last week who has a flat same size as ours. Her place was cold and the heaters provided were too small and only convector type. When I walked back in here all of those doubts drifted away.
