I responded to contact that was made through the regular post, after receiving their illustrated brochure we then decided that a home visit to discuss the product would be advisable. Bearing in mind that our memory of the old storage heaters that used to decorate our homes was not too positive. After our home visit, which was very productive, we decided to go ahead with the installation of two heaters. The day arrived, and on time, two engineers brought our new storage heaters in, and within a very reasonable amount of time they fitted them, and it was time to go through the work they had done and then run through their operation, making sure we were happy with the fitting and answering our queries. After the engineers had left we both looked at the new heaters and had a real close look at them and were really impressed, all in all A FIRST CLASS EXPERIENCE.
