Danny was so, so helpful this morning. He asked me what the issues were, listened carefully while I explained the (several!) questions that I had about the most efficient, cost-effective usage of the system. I didn't live in this cottage when it was installed, so wasn't here for the initial survey, installation visits etc. He was understanding of the issues, very helpful and very knowledgeable about the system. He explained succinctly and simply. He took me through a reset there and then to reset and test the radiator that I had said often caused problems. What was particularly useful was his clear explanation about the need for the three degree gap - and no more - between the sun and moon settings. I've reset all the radiators and the house is toasty warm tonight (while it's about -2/3 degrees outside). Thank you. Excellent service. Really nice, helpful, friendly man.
