When we requested Fischer to attend for a survey, we expected a hard sell but it never appeared. The engineer listened to our needs, concerns and reassured us that we were on the right track and provided evidence to back up what we thought. The finance offered made the decision even easier. The two engineers arrived promptly and fitted and cleared up within no time. They provided a full explanation of how everything worked and were polite and professional. Not had time to review the cost of use yet but the contralability and effectiveness is excellent. Just have to keep my good lady away from the controls.....phew!
