The installers arrived on time made no mess took all packaging away with them and any old radiators that were no longer required. The units themselves are very substantial and well, much better than my previous units but it took a bit of time getting used to there physical size. As long as this isn't an issue for you then they seem to work well but I haven't been through a winter with them yet so that is still to come this year and next as they were installed towards the end of winter this year in early March.
