This product exceeded expectations.The electricians who installed the heater were very meticulous with the installation.The heater was installed in about 20 minutes from the unpacking to the final clean up.The rest of the visit was taken up explaining the functions of the remote controlled thermostat.All in all the installers were on the premises for an hour and ten minutes.I have no problem recommending Fischer and there excellent products and there employees.
