We changed to Fischer-Future Heat back in October and there service was second to none. They installed new heaters, removed and took away the old storage ones without any mess and all in a couple of hours. The instructions given by the engineer were clear and precise although the manual could be a little clearer. We are quite amazed at how efficient they are, albeit we haven't had a really cold snap yet but our usage has been a fraction of our old storage ones and it is just brilliant being on demand when wanted. All we can say is so far what was promised by Fischer appears to be totally correct and it is very much 'The Future'.
