Mum had a problem with her heater i had to be there to go through what needed to be done and it turns out she needs a new part as it is not heating up. Danny was very helpful in the phone, the reason for 4stars is she has to wait nearly 3 weeks for an engineer to come out and is lucky she has a portable heater to use in the meantime she is 89 and feels the cold.
