The installation of the Aquafficient water heating system went very well, the engineers were both polite and proficient. They removed and disposed of the old hot water tank and excess plumbing before fitting the new unit. There was one small concern as it appeared that there was a minor leak from one of the new joints, but a phone call to the office got the hoped for response and one of the engineers returned to investigate. As it turned out the apparent fault may have been down to, nothing more than, a condensation build up. At this early stage I cannot give 5 stars as it is too early to assess the saving potential of the new system.
