Your heater fixers were fine. They worked efficiently, needed very little input from us, and set the heaters in proper places. They explained the settings to us - though it would have been good to have been left with a users manual - which still hasn't come. Apart from that, we are very satisfied with the heaters and your staff, and hope to receive a further pleasant surprise when the next electricity bill arrives. We'll certainly recommend them to friends.
