We had five storage heaters replaced in November 2015 all the work was completed within four hours, the old heaters were taken away and no mess was left behind. The installers were polite and very efficient. The house is far more comfortable to live in as the temperature is very easy to control. The thermostats are easy to use and program. currently they are using a lot less electricity than the old heaters but this has been a mild winter so far. Having said this they only heat a room when needed, they are not conventional storage heaters and will be cheaper than my old system which could not cope with daily fluctuations in outside temperature. The heaters are also far more attractive than conventional storage heaters looking more like a wet system but without the pipes and a boiler to maintain.
