The timings, fittings and disruptions were all very good. The system seems to work fine now I have been able to programme it properly. As there are no instructions with the installation I had to resort to ringing up the tech dept where "Danny" gave me the missing info and emailed me some instructions ... good for him, All is working as it should now. I must mention the electricians who had to lay 40-50 meters of very heavy and stiff cable in freezing weather all around the house! Well done. I look forward to a trouble free system
