Swift and easy installation, following informed and pleasant visit from Technical Representative who did not in any way pressurise us to buy. Price was a shock, but heaters have proved to be absolutely excellent. It has taken us a winter to fully appreciate the flexibility of the control system, and as such our bills were a bit higher, but this is clearly due to our being on the wrong tariff ( being addressed now !!), and our lack of appreciation of the programmer's ability to regulate heat so well. Now that we have a much better appreciation of the system, I'm quite sure the costs will be reduced. Learning comes at a price, as does the wonderful comfort level ! Absolutely no regrets about the purchase, and can and do thoroughly recommend !!!
