Two young men came and installed the heater without any fuss or inconvenience. They wore masks and were polite and left the area better than it was before. The operation of the heater was explained thoroughly before they left. It remains to be seen how effective the heater will prove to be, it was very expensive but if it proves to be as god as it is advertised as being will probably be worth it.
