Our experience was generally excellent. The only downside to our order was the delay in installation - over the Christmas period - which meant that we had little heating in the house over that period. Otherwise the whole process was excellent, the installation teams efficient and helpful and everything has gone smoothly since. I should add that because we have solar panels we anticipate we are getting our daytime heating free most of the time. Many thanks
