The friction was with confusion over the instillation dates; the office giving me one set of dates and the technicians arriving on different dates. The technician ended up working until very late in the evening and then arriving at the crack of dawn in order that he would finish in time for me to keep a very important appointment. The heaters are magic compared to my old storage heaters, so nice to come into a warm house later in the day. I have only had them for a few months so cannot comment on the consumption.
