Big improvement on old night store heaters - much more flexible and responsive. Hoping also for reduced heating bills, and am no longer tied to a single supplier. Fitting went well though slight scratch to bookcase when removing old heater. Would have been helpful to have been advised to move furniture out of the way in advance where close to old heaters. Not sure why I've been sold a large Novo unit for my bathroom when it looks as though a small one would have done.
