The two gentlemen who arrived from Fischer were on time, very polite and helpful, friendly without being over-familiar and even vacuumed the carpets when they finished. I can't fault them - and wouldn't want to. Incidentally the system seems to be working well and is easy to run at the temperatures which are right for me.
